Consultations and site visits can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Installed or custom-configured devices, and opened security/hygiene-sensitive items, are non-returnable unless defective.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. To cancel an order or start a return, contact support@coslio.com with your order number.
